For me the process of painting is a never ending search for inspiration. I find it interesting how I can miss something I've seen for years and then all of the sudden it clicks and a whole new series of paintings begin to flow. In this case it's the water falls that are everywhere on this rugged coastline. Fascinating! These falls are along the old Otter Crest Loop road on the central coast.
