Storm sculpted tree limbs make a wonderful "frame" for a peak at the sea. I love this time of day when the breeze dies down and the sun sets in the salty air. The waves take on a different shape too as the sea surface smoothes out from lack of wind. The sparkle in this watercolor is aided by the gold pigment I mixed into my other pigments.
