One of my favorite places to explore, looking for the next painting, is along the shore of a bay or expanse of water. This Oysterville dock and beach on Willapa Bay in southwest Washington State, is the kind of place that easily inspires me. Regardless of the weather or time of day it’s a pleasure to get lost in the sights, and sounds of this rich tidal environment.
