Sunrise Leaves

It’s my understanding the NW Coast has some of the cleanest air in the world. The wind blows onshore to some degree most every day after being purified, if you will, by the largest ocean on the planet. When the timber industry is burning their slash piles, or there is a forest fire, everything changes. The air quality is still generally pretty good but the particulates in the atmosphere contribute to beautiful sunrise and sunsets. That often happens in the late summer or fall at the same time the leaves are turning glorious in color.
