This watercolor was painted from the low bank above the beach at Silver Point on the south end of Cannon Beach, Oregon. It received the “Directors Award” while on exhibit at the 2010 American Society of Marine Artists Show held each summer at the Coos Art Museum, Coos Bay, Oregon.
