Description
The golden hour and it’s raked lighting is really high on my “love it” list. While beauty is easy to find on our stretch of the coast, there are moments that just scream, “paint me” and this one has been waiting in the wings long enough. The foreground water is the mouth of Ecola Creek aka Elk Creek, which collects the rain that falls behind Cannon Beach and after bisecting the north end of town delivers it back to the Pacific Ocean.
We are reproducing this oil painting as a giclèe print on canvas.
