One of my favorite places to explore while looking for the next painting is along the shore of a bay or any expanse of water. This Oysterville dock on Willapa Bay in southwest Washington State is the kind of place that easily inspires me. Regardless of the weather, or time of day, it’s a pleasure to get lost in the sights, and sounds of this rich tidal environment.
