Sunset Swell

For years I’ve been observing, studying if you will, that last bit of color at the end of the day. This was a winter sunset with a large swell running. As the waves broke their spindrift was barely evident in the waning light. It’s definitely a “mood painting” and though small at 11 x 14 I hope it tells a bigger story.
